Bedrooms are in a row: you have to go through one bedroom to access the second one. The shower room - whiwh is narrow - and the WC are on the ground floor. There is a step between the living room and the kitchen. The staircase leading to the two bedrooms upstairs may be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility (no handrail along the entire length).

The house is located in a very quiet small hamlet (dead end street). It is located about 3km from the towns and beaches of Carolles and Jullouville.
